How do I book the tour?

How far in advance do I need to book?
We do operate internationally thus the organization of the itinerary takes its time. Depending on the modality of the tours, short or longer one, it is always a good idea to notify the arrival at least one week prior.
How do I book and pay for the tours?
The payment can be done by card, bank transfer or PayPal. You’ll need to pay 30% to reserve your place, and then the other 70% can be paid in cash at the end of the tour. Once the payment is accepted and processed, you will receive a confirmation email from us containing all details about the tour. Please note that it could take up to 24 hours until the confirmation email is sent out. In the event that you did not receive this email within 24 hours, please call us as soon as possible.
How do I know that the tour I chose is booked?
The order confirmation will be sent out to your email address within 24 hours after booking the service. If you did not receive your confirmation message, please check your spam or junk or bulk folders of your email account and if you still don’t have it please call us as soon as possible.
I can no longer join the tour I booked with you. How can I cancel my booking?
Cancellation within a week prior arrival can be totally refunded except for the transaction costs. Cancellation should be made in a written form.
What does the price of the tours include?
All our tours include transportation by fully insured car with A/C, all the fuel costs and road taxes, licensed English-speaking guide, all the entrances mentioned in the itinerary, hotel pick-up and drop-off as well as all the assistance throughout the tour.
Will meals be included?
We believe that when one travels, a high level of flexibility is essential. By having meals, at a specific time, we are forced to arrange our entire schedule around these hours. Private tours offer you the opportunity to spend more time than planned at some sights, change the itinerary or go to a restaurant that you find most interesting. We will always suggest our best options and help you to choose as a local.
Will accommodation be included?
We do not include accommodation in our offers unless it is requested. After request we can reserve and book a hotel for you.
Do you offer insurance?
Generally we do not offer and insurance. We highly advise that upon the start of your tour, you and all members of your party should have comprehensive travel insurance that is adequate for your needs.
After request we can help to purchase travel insurance besides the one provided along with the transportation vehicle.
Do you cater for disabilities?
In this case we would need to have related information in advance and we will do our outmost to tailor a tour meeting all needed.
Can Euro or US dollars currency be used everywhere in the Balkans?
The only countries that use Euro in the Balkans are: Slovenia, Montenegro, Kosovo. Everywhere else you would need to exchange. We will assist you doing this.
Can you do one way tours?
Yes, we do. You can start the tour from your decided meeting point and end it where it is more convenient to you. You don’t have to finish at the same place where you start the tour.
Do you offer tours in other languages?
Usually we lead groups in English, although we can also organize tours in different languages with the help of a fluent translator! Contact us in advance, and we will be happy to arrange it.
Will other visitors join my tour?
All the tours are private ones tailored on you and your desires and needs. Except for you and the members of you party, no other visitors will join.
